No. All plan limits and prices are listed on the pricing page. Add-ons are clearly priced if you go over your order limit.
Only ingress orders count toward your monthly limit — these are new orders processed and normalised by Merqury as they come in. Orders you backfill manually via Sync do not count toward the limit (capped at 100 orders per sync).
Not at the moment. All plans are billed monthly. Annual billing may be introduced in the future — stay tuned.
We accept FPX (online banking) and Credit / Debit cards. The same payment options are available across all plans.
